🔧 Orders & Processing
Q: How long does it take to print and ship my order?
🕒 Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, depending on print complexity and volume. Custom orders may take longer—we'll keep you updated every step of the way!
Q: Do you accept custom print requests?
🎨 Absolutely! We love bringing your ideas to life. Visit our Custom Creations page to submit a request.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
✏️ Orders can be updated or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we likely have already started printing! Please use our Issues with your Order form to contact us!
🚗 Local Pickup
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
🛍️ We offer local pickup for any customer who would travel to our meeting location (not a store front): PetSmart, 1559 Merritt Blvd, Dundalk, MD 21222.
Q: How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?
📦 You will receive an email letting your know your order is ready.
Q: How long do I have to pick up my order?
⏳ You have 24 hours from the time you receive your pickup notification email to text us with your preferred day/time.
Q: Can someone else pick up my order for me?
✅ Yes! Please note that in your text when you set up your time.
Q: What are your pickup hours?
🕒 Pickups are available Mon–Fri from 9 AM–8 PM. Weekend pickups are limited.
📦 Shipping & Returns
Q: Where do you ship?
📬 We currently ship within the U.S.. If you're outside the U.S., contact us to see if we can work something out!
Q: How much is shipping?
🚚 Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and location.
Q: What’s your return or refund policy?
🧾 We accept returns for defective or damaged items. Because each print is made to order, we can’t accept general returns, but we want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue, reach out on our Issues with your Order page and we’ll make it right.
📐 Product Info
Q: What material do you use to print your items?
🌱 We mostly use PLA+ plastic, a plant-based material that’s lightweight, and durable.
Q: Are your prints safe for kids?
🧸 Yes! Our items are non-toxic and printed with child-safe PLA. We do recommend adult supervision for smaller parts that could pose a choking hazard or may contain sharp edges.
🎁 Gifting & Events
Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized notes?
🎀 Yes! Just leave us a note at checkout. We can include a handwritten message and gift-ready packaging.
Q: Do you offer bulk or party favors for birthdays or events?
🎉 We sure do! Contact us on our Custom Creations page for custom party packs, classroom sets, or themed bundles.
